These Terms of Service govern your use of YAPVO Automation.
YAPVO Automation is by VAaO™. By creating an account or using YAPVO, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Using YAPVO
You may use YAPVO only if you are legally able to enter into this agreement and are authorized to manage the Instagram account or business you connect.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity performed through your YAPVO account.
2. What YAPVO Does
YAPVO helps creators and businesses automate supported Instagram interactions through Meta APIs.
Current supported workflows may include receiving eligible Instagram events, responding to configured comments, sending initial direct messages, waiting for the configured user interaction, and sending a follow-up message when the workflow conditions are met.
YAPVO does not guarantee followers, reach, engagement, leads, sales, message delivery or business results.
3. Connected Instagram Accounts
YAPVO connects to supported Instagram Professional Accounts through Meta authorization.
You must have permission to connect and manage any Instagram account you add to YAPVO.
You are responsible for keeping access to your Meta, Instagram and YAPVO accounts secure.
YAPVO does not ask for your Instagram password.
4. Your Automations
You control the automations you create, the triggers you configure and the messages or links you choose to send.
You are responsible for making sure your automations, messages, offers and content comply with applicable laws, Meta policies and the rights of other people.
Do not use YAPVO for spam, deceptive activity, impersonation, harassment, unlawful content or unauthorized messaging.
5. Third-Party Services
YAPVO depends on third-party services including Meta and Instagram.
Changes, outages, restrictions, API limits or policy changes from third-party services may affect YAPVO features or availability.
YAPVO is not Instagram or Meta. Instagram and Meta are third-party services and their trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Privacy and Data
Our Privacy Policy explains how YAPVO processes information used to provide and protect the service.
YAPVO minimizes retained data for its automation workflows.
You can review our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions from the public website.
7. Private Beta and Service Availability
YAPVO may operate features as part of a private beta or limited release.
Features may change, improve, become unavailable or be replaced as the product develops or as platform requirements change.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Account Suspension or Removal
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect YAPVO, other users, connected platforms or the integrity of the service.
Examples include suspected abuse, security threats, policy violations, unlawful use or activity that could harm YAPVO or connected services.
Users may stop using YAPVO and disconnect supported accounts through the available product or deletion processes.
9. Intellectual Property
YAPVO, its product design, software, branding and original materials belong to their respective owner unless stated otherwise.
You retain ownership of the content, messages, links and business materials you provide.
Using YAPVO does not transfer ownership of your content to YAPVO.
10. No Business Outcome Guarantee
Automation can reduce repetitive work, but results depend on many factors outside YAPVO’s control.
YAPVO does not guarantee follower growth, engagement, conversions, revenue, sales, leads or any specific business outcome.
11. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YAPVO and VAAO are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform outages, third-party API changes, user-configured automations, unauthorized account access outside YAPVO’s reasonable control or misuse of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the product, legal requirements or connected platform requirements change.
The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
Continued use of YAPVO after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
Any dispute will be handled by a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
